Frittatas for Everyone!

Ok, maybe not for everyone, just because I don’t have enough in my garden to go around. However, I’m always happy to share produce from my garden with everyone, including with Andy, my main squeeze. The other day he took a bunch of stuff home with him to make a frittata. Later in the day, he shared the picture he took with me since he knew I would like it for the blog 🙂

I asked him what all he put in the frittata and he said “A little bit of everything.” So that could include: green onions, rosemary, chives, oregano, thyme, kale, swiss chard, spinach, parsley, cilantro…the list goes on.

Anyway, I was super psyched that Andy got a picture of his gorgeous creation with my garden offerings. And even more psyched that he loves eating fresh as much as me!
